Stopped for a couple items and was in and out in minutes. The store was clean, well stocked, good selection, and friendly staff. There were few others in the store. No waiting self check out and back on the road.
Hannaford is almost always fully stocked. Their deli is fantastic, although their bakery leaves a little to be desired as I walked in at a spur of the moment for a party and they had no cupcakes for sale. When I asked the bakery I was told they had some mini cupcakes and that was about all. Lots of other homemade looking goodies, though.
Cashier threw my items down the belt. Ripped my bag of bread. Crushed our tortilla chips. Bruised my fruit and vegetables. I am usually understanding but I was very very frustrated today.
Oxford store is the one we like more. Wide isles are wider. Makes it easier to shop.
We always pick Hannaford over other local supermarkets.
They have some of the best produce in town and we like that there is an ease to shopping with them. You can even get the next week's flyer sent right to your email address.
