My wife and i went in to buy me a new pair if sneakers when we met Sue. This nice caring lady that works there. She saw me walking. Measured my feet and explained how the sneakers I was wearing were actually two sizes too small. By the time we were done she sold us 4 pair of sneakers.... No pressure just an honest person with a good explanation...
